**Roles and Responsibilities of a Reception Manager at SKILLS Barbershop Dubai:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring excellent service and a smooth customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate customer appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Supervise and support reception staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory of retail products and process transactions accurately.
